Delaware is home to many holiday markets, Christmas villages, and family-friendly holiday fun. If you’re looking for something a little more adult-focused this season, these holiday pop-up bars are the perfect solution!

With festive cocktails, small plates or full menus and plenty of Christmas-themed photo ops of you and your friends, these pop-up Christmas bars are the perfect way to spend a weekend evening throughout December.

hours: Wednesday – Saturday, 4pm – midnight until December 23

Blitzen has been a Wilmington favorite for a few years, and it just keeps getting better. This holiday pop-up is returning for the 2023 season with a few upgrades: a small plates kitchen. The menu includes options like Visions of Sugar Plums – fried popcorn chicken in plum barbecue sauce, Cheese O’ Christmas – fried Nashville cheese curds with dipping sauce, and a dessert flight courtesy of Desserts by Dana.

Klondike Kate’s is bringing its popular holiday display back to Newark’s Main Street for another year of Christmas cheer. With its signature neon lights, Santa Claus meet and greets, ugly sweater parties, and of course delicious food and cocktails, Sleigh Bar is a seasonal treat. Klondike Kate may attract a younger college crowd year-round, but people of any age are sure to enjoy the Sleigh Bar.

hours: Wednesday – Sunday, 4 – 10 pm, starting December 1

Hamilton’s on Main will unveil the third installment of its monthly pop-up bar series on December 1st. And while we don’t have all the details yet, this holiday pop-up is sure to impress. if Beautiful in pink And Harry Potter The installments are an indication that the December theme will bring delicious drinks, immaculate decor, and some holiday-themed surprises that we can’t wait to see.

Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen’s Trolley Square location is ready to welcome patrons to its annual Jingle Bar. Located on the heated patio, this Christmas-themed bar serves seasonal cocktails and plenty of photo opportunities.
