To celebrate four years in business, Spanish Marie Brewery is throwing a Las Vegas-themed anniversary party all week, starting today. Festivities include comedy night, movie night, a vendor bazaar, a tap takeover, live vinyl rolls, and plenty of new beer. The main event will take place on Saturday, followed by a curated brunch experience to wrap up the week on Sunday. Blueprint Cookies is teaming up with Jevon Holland to release a limited-edition cookie this week. Holland created four flavors himself, including “Snickerdoodle Snowman” (vegan and gluten-free), “QuickDraw Coco,” “Disappearing Delight,” and an oatcake glazed with brown sugar. The cookies will be available all week, with 15 percent of sales from the collaborative cookie line being donated to the Animal Fostering and Adoption Center of Broward County in the player’s name. Negroni week
Negroni Week begins today with thousands of venues around the world coming together to raise money for charity. Some of Miami’s favorites are on the menu, including the classic negro and coconut at Café La Trova; Rosa Sky’s sbagliato (a fizzy twist made with prosecco rather than vermouth) and a pink-hued Negroni; and “Equinox” at LPM Restaurant & Bar, a pistachio-infused gin paired with Lillet Blanc, Suze garnish, apricot liqueur, orange bitters, and a lemon coin for garnish. Taste of Mexico: Pairing Chef and Tequila
Lona Cocina & Tequileria continues its monthly dinner series with Casa Del Sol tequila this week. Dinner is served at the Chef’s Table, an intimate 14-seat dining room that greets guests with a welcome cocktail and four tequila pairings along with courses prepared by Chef Juan Carlos Peña. 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, at 321 N. Macallan and Josh’s signature steak dinner
Fiola is hosting a private dining experience with The Macallan and Josh’s Premium Meats. Each course is paired with a different whiskey and includes dishes such as Wagyu beef carpaccio, Akaushi beef cheek, Wagyu lasagna, and Wagyu Delmonico steak. Lounge Bar Takeover Series
The Lounge at SLS Brickell is behind a series of bar acquisitions this fall that includes some of Miami’s favorite cocktail spots, starting Thursday with Broken Shaker.
