Summer House on the Lake features three bars and an airy, natural light-filled dining room centered around a lush tree that reaches to a skylight and greenery throughout.

Cookie Bar

At the restaurant’s entrance, guests will find the Cookie Bar offering a variety of large-sized cookies, bars and sweet offerings. Flavors include sea salt chocolate chip, birthday cake, oatmeal scotch, apple oatmeal, vegan snickerdoodle, and seasonal rotating flavors.

The bar will offer a selection of coffee, wine and beer, as well as specialty cocktails like Tropical Dreams with vodka, pamplemousse liqueur and habanero honey, all available to enjoy in the restaurant or touring Disney. Springs. Guests can also purchase a bottle of the restaurant’s signature wine, Summer House Rosé, to take home.

Inspired by Lake’s West Coast, the Summer House on the West menu will feature favorites and signature items exclusive to Disney Springs. Breakfast and brunch will be served Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., including Mexican hash browns; Breakfast pizza with bacon, a sunny-side-up egg, and Parmesan crema; And breakfast tostadas. Thin pancakes, pies, salads and sandwiches will also be available, along with a selection of other items from the lunch and dinner menus.
