A first look at Summer House on the Lake with new details on the Cookie Bar, Rosé Cart and Weekend Brunch

Construction walls have come down on Summer House on the Lake, the newest table-service restaurant set to open at Walt Disney World in December 2023.

Guests can now get their first look at the new California-inspired restaurant located on the West Side at Disney Springs.

Summer House on the Lake features three bars and an airy, natural light-filled dining room centered around a lush tree that reaches to a skylight and greenery throughout.

Cookie Bar

At the restaurant’s entrance, guests will find the Cookie Bar offering a variety of large-sized cookies, bars and sweet offerings. Flavors include sea salt chocolate chip, birthday cake, oatmeal scotch, apple oatmeal, vegan snickerdoodle, and seasonal rotating flavors.

The bar will offer a selection of coffee, wine and beer, as well as specialty cocktails like Tropical Dreams with vodka, pamplemousse liqueur and habanero honey, all available to enjoy in the restaurant or touring Disney. Springs. Guests can also purchase a bottle of the restaurant’s signature wine, Summer House Rosé, to take home.

Rose cart

The Rosé Cart will offer more than six varieties of rosé by the glass or bottle, including the special Summer House Rosé. This wine is known for its delicate, floral taste with hints of cherries and melon. The drinks menu also includes soft drinks, summer cocktails (with non-alcoholic options), fresh juices, and a California-sourced wine list.

Cali Mix Weekend Lunch

Inspired by Lake’s West Coast, the Summer House on the West menu will feature favorites and signature items exclusive to Disney Springs. Breakfast and brunch will be served Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., including Mexican hash browns; Breakfast pizza with bacon, a sunny-side-up egg, and Parmesan crema; And breakfast tostadas. Thin pancakes, pies, salads and sandwiches will also be available, along with a selection of other items from the lunch and dinner menus. Guests can also expect seasonal salads, artisan pizzas, and entrees like Herbed Chicken Paillard and local Gupper Fish ‘n’ Chips with malt vinegar fries and tartar sauce. An extensive children’s menu will be available all day.
