A new hot chicken restaurant has just opened in New Jersey

And it can be hot. Very hot hot, if you want it. But it doesn’t have to be so.
You can ask the weak way I don’t want any spices. Or you can go mild, hot, very hot. Or you can be like Chuck Norris about this and go “Grim Reaper.”
The food is Nashville style chicken sandwiches they call sliders, chicken wraps, tenders, fries, loaded fries and more. It’s the ultimate comfort food and they aim to please.
From their website:
ASAD’S is run by entrepreneurs who set out to revolutionize the food industry with their innovative ideas and handcrafted recipes. At Asad, we believe in creating a unique experience that connects people and celebrates the diversity of cultures and flavours. We are proud to be halal, and believe that everyone should be able to enjoy great food regardless of their dietary requirements.
They have two locations in Northeast Philadelphia and one in Bensalem. They have now broken into the New Jersey market.
They just opened ASAD’S in Burlington a couple of weeks ago and you’ll find them at 240 Route 130. They’re open daily from 10:00 a.m. to midnight.

Don’t let this halal thing bother you if you don’t know what it is. It just means that the food is safe for Muslims to eat, just as Jews might seek out kosher food. That’s it. But they love everyone from every culture and are on a mission to provide you with great food that you will love.
People love it. I’ve seen threads on Reddit from Philadelphia describing lines waiting in the rain just to get some of these things. Also, yes they have desserts. Not only are there milkshakes you’d expect, but things you wouldn’t expect, like fruit and strawberry smoothies or banana pudding.
If you head over to their new location in Burlington to try some, let me know how it goes. Just don’t expect me to become a complete reaper.
