The monthly glass box dinner series is back! This month, Glass Box in Del Mar is excited to partner with Argyle Willamette Valley Wines for a gala dinner on Monday, September 18, starting at 6 p.m.

For just $95 per person, enjoy a 6-course culinary journey, expertly paired with Argyle’s finest wines, along with special chef creations from award-winning San Diego Chef Ethan Yang. Each dish and wine has been carefully crafted to showcase the artistry and skill of Ethan Young and Argyle.
This 6-course combination includes such food items as sashimi, mussels and scallops, the Maki Trio of crab, negitoro and takuan, miso-glazed sea bass, whole-blood wagyu beef and a caramel macchiato for dessert made with chocolate mousse, macadamia and hazelnuts. And caramel ice cream.
Argyle wine pairings include Vintage Brut 2018, Vintage Brut Rose 2020, Pinot Noir Rose 2022, Chardonnay 2021, Reserve Pinot Noir 2021, and Blanc De Blancs 2019 for dessert.
