The menu is a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to authentic coastal flavors and fresh, simple ingredients, showcasing an impressive array of snacks, appetizers, hot and cold entrees, pizza and pasta, as well as an attractive selection of seafood and meat dishes. To start the dining experience, diners can sample appetizers such as Smoked eggplant sauce – Velvety mixture topped with toast, soft eggs and wafer. In addition, there is delicious Spicy watermelon saladGarnished with feta, basil and hazelnuts.
For the main course, patrons can enjoy the chef’s signature special Sippy mushroom risotto, accompanied by buttered parsley and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Choose premium meat selections, such as exceptional Black Angus Rib Eye – 300g ribeye steak with onion puree and chimichurri. For those who crave a truly authentic Mediterranean experience, Elia offers a unique take on a classic MoussakaServed with Spanish manchego cheese and designed to be shared between two or more people.
To finish off the delicious meal, guests can enjoy delicious homemade dishes ranging from made-to-order madeleines served with Chantilly cream to Greek-style choux donuts with rosemary and lemon cream, as well as comforting classics from Baked vanilla cheesecake With sour cherries and raspberry purée, and Classic crème brûléemeans sharing them with loved ones.
