  1. Peanuts: Peanuts are a rich source of magnesium and vitamin B6. It can help a person cope with bloating and supports heart health due to the presence of healthy fats. They can be enjoyed as mid-meal snacks and sometimes as a spread with toast or apples.
  2. Cashews: It is recommended to eat cashews with milk before bed to get the best results. The selenium, iron and magnesium present in it can help in getting mental health benefits. When bored or frustrated, eat a handful for best results.
  3. Dry coconut: Dry coconut can help a person manage stress better while also promoting satiety. You can also combine it with jaggery to make a dry chutney to enjoy with lunch. The lauric acid present in it can benefit hair and skin health.
