How to season a London BBQ

The first step: Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and spices in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag. Close the bag and shake until all ingredients are well mixed together.



The second step: Place the beef in the bag with the London Roast seasoning and seal it tightly. Rub the ingredients into the meat on all sides to work on the flavour. Place it in the refrigerator for at least two hours, and up to overnight.
