Northeast Ohio experts share Thanksgiving cooking tips

It’s the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and many of us are in the midst of preparing for the big Thursday dinner. You may have already chopped the onions and taken the turkey out of the refrigerator. Or maybe you’re searching online for a brand new recipe to try this year.

On Tuesday’s Voice of Ideas, we’ll spend the hour talking Thanksgiving cooking and holiday memories with four local food and drink experts. They’ll bring some delicious samples into the Idea Center studio and answer any cooking questions listeners might have for the big day — like whether the turkey should be baked or fried, and what cocktail to pair with cranberry sauce.
